The tour takes place with a professional mid-mountain guide. During the tour there will be several stops for environmental study (botany, fauna and geology).
e will witness the processing of cheese, with a visit to the dairy and the malga.
Lunch consists of a tasting of various cheeses produced by the hosts together with polenta.
The tour is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 10 participants.
