Stories and flavours along the Via Mercatorum

The Della Fara farm was founded in 2012 and has as its main target the rediscovery and enhancement of some elements that nature and tradition have always offered. Strongly linked to local products, it is dedicated to the cultivation and processing of spontaneous herbs.

The company’s commitment has always been aimed at safeguarding the qualities and properties distinguishing these wild herbs, using only organic fertilizers and letting the herbs grow according to the rules of nature.
